Over view:
-RAT members in hostile clans will be demoted instantly.
-The Vaktovian Empire/The Dominion *This includes all clans in the vaktovian dominion* are now hostile to RAT
-Rebel Squad is now considered hostile due to attempting to have RAT HRs leave us
-GOD2U is not to be trusted
