How to make a topic.

Believe it or not, some people might not know how to do this, so we'll try to help them out.

First, know what you want to talk about! Are we talking about a war? A member in RAT? What? Find what you're talking about in the threads, and post there.

Second, Click the "Post Topic" button. This allows you to set up what you're going to tell people. Make sure that you don't cuss, and that you add a title. Also, make sure to keep it ON TOPIC.

Third, type your message and make sure it's not too long, and make sure to include room for your siggy! I made a tutorial on how to do those also. Try not to talk about religion on your topic or anything that would offend other users, we all fight for the same group here, guys. ; )
