About the 'Thread Locked'

I've just Realized that, Even though its Locked, we can Still see it; I think its should Either be Locked if you WANT ppl to see it, But not post on it, or, Just delete the Thread.

This is my Opinion, So if you dont like it, I'm ok with that.
