ToberDam Delargivic, The Immortal Disciple of Insanity.

ToberDam is a well known wanderer. His very personality is one to send shivers town even the most hardened soldier's spine. According to public record, he has two physical failures in his body. One being a rumored, rotted set of vocal cords that only leave him speaking in a growl, if he can even speak at all. His other rumored physical failure, is the lack of ability to take in light with his eyes, leaving him blind to the physical world without proper protection.

He is a Technomancer, One who relies extremely heavily on the technology around him. Due to a third condition of untold insanity, he was forced to make a special sedative drive he calls "The Sanity Drive". As his bloodlust and insanity rises, the amount of mentally controlling toxins are released into his body, slowing down his thought process hard enough to reboot his personality, and remove the occurring insanity. At 50% strength, the Sanity Drive will begin releasing a physically painful toxin to remind its carrier to calm down and slow down. At 75%, the body will begin to numb completely, forcing the wearer to retreat in any case. At 100%, the Sanity Drive knocks out its wearer, forcing a complete shutdown of the body to prevent the recklessness of death. However, the Technomancer must be prepared to let himself free. By screaming a password that only his sane self could utter, the sanity drive disables itself, leaving an insane soldier happily slaughtering anything in his way. It is rumored among low ranks, and known among ToberDam's friends and Commanders, that his insanity empowers him greatly.

He always has three personal weapons on another well built device that stores matter as data. His first weapon is known as "Sancta Ignis", a Thunder Maul capable of turning its victims skeleton into complete dust due to the sheer force of impact and electrical shock/heat. The Hammer was forged as a token of a once, grand friendship between him and the now-fallen Emperor Eaglesword (True story here).

ToberDam's second weapon is his Vaktovian Officer's Pistol, which was modified heavily to fire bullets at sniper rifle precision in the flow of combat. ToberDam has never let go of his past, and bears his pistol as a constant reminder of his failure to keep the Vaktovian Grey Knights in use and glory.

His third weapon, is a daemonicly possessed rubber hammer simply named "Toy". The Technologies built into the handle of the hammer allows the rubber to phase through any non-organic object, as well as the ability to stretch the shaft of the hammer up to 4 meters. Due to the deamonic possession of the hammer, what would feel like a prick from a bug would really feel like a sledgehammer swung by a strong man. ToberDam is known to make a sport out of knocking heads fresh off his foes with this hammer.

Alot of effort and passion went into this, and, from the moment I started reading it I was hooked to the "ToberDam" character and it was as if I knew him in real life. Have you considered asking ColourTheory or DragonOfTime about joining the upcoming "Lore" division? We need people like this, and I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard for you to help us create the world of Frostaria.
