Promotion section

I understand that many Admirals and Marshals get many PMs for promotions a day.
Why not have a section where they write why they deserve a promotion.
If they get the promotion the admiral can tick yes or no.

because promotions are earned through hard work and loyalty, not 5 minutes of thinking about every super small thing you did and attempt to add them up to a large list of items

plus, there would be WAY too many.

That's true, but why not think about the problems it would cause, compared to the good. There would be flooded forums, people arguing over if someone is lying or not, people tell others they didn't deserve promotions, the only good that comes from it, someone gets a promotion. The bad out weighs the good.

But only admirals will be able to reply to it.
And you must have prood for a promotion.

Hm, it might be better that way but still, that'd be a LOT of people.

Better yet.
We can have supervisors and Marshals recomend people for promotion maybe instead.
Only they have access to the forum.

It gives Supervisors and Marshals a little more power, but a lot more responsibility, so they will be ready for Admiral

This may work, although I think it's a bit dodgy. It's like doing an essay for a promotion. People cannot be themselves, also known as two faced. People would show they are a excellent member, but inside their not that type of person at all.

KTTDS another idea is for a Supervisor or Marshal just to recommend them here and why.
Then the admirals promote them with the proof they have.
