[-1-] Mission/Purpose

Sparrow Corp (SpC) is the governing power overseeing Frostarian militaristic, technological and developmental operations. As it is the controlling power within our society, most-all of our systems, policies and operations are directed from Sparrow Corp.

Sparrow Corp is a banner for progression, innovation and maturity within Frostaria. Therefore it bands the greatest thinkers, minds, developers and artistic designers from around all of Frostaria. The purpose of Sparrow Corp is to, through collaboration of these great minds, progress Frostaria and RAT through innovation. This innovation includes tech. development, uniform, ad and logo development as well as media and video development.

Sparrow Corp also houses the greatest minds, thinkers and agents within the Frostarian confines. These agents work to protect RAT from outside infiltration (Dept. of Homeworld Security), work to solve problems and situations within RAT (Dept. of General Innovation), work to formulate appropriate reforms and response plans (Dept. of General Innovation), and work to keep RAT safe through internal security and solving of internal conflict (Dept. of Justice). Agents are multitaskers working within many departments to attain their goal - to keep Frostaria a safe and progressive society.

*In order to qualify for Agency entrance you must meet the following requirements;

-At least Supervisor (Rank 6) within RAT
-Member of RAT Honors (Post-Reform [Head: Unclear])
-Member of RAT Vindicators (Passing Qualifying Exam [Head: Meto02])
-Member of 1 (one) other official RAT division (RWI, Admirals, Lore, Directorship, Immortals, Immortals Academy, Medical)
-Invited by Scazzard1 (Head of Agency) and by an Overseer (Meowmixxed, Rodgerdodger, Cj10127) or the Director (ColourTheory)
-Pass Sparrow Corp Qualifying Essay (Seen Below)

*Sparrow Corp Qualifying Essay:

NOTE: Please only complete this essay if you meet ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS, this essay must be sent to Scazzard1 if you are personally invited by him, if you pass - he will then send you for approval to an Overseer or the Director. SEND ONLY TO SCAZZARD1.
NOTE: The essay must be at least 300 words in length

Essay Question: If you are even pondering to write this essay you have accomplished much in RAT, and are applying to one of the most prestigious organizations in Frostaria. How did you achieve this? What qualities in you made you capable of such? Please detail us your story in RAT.

[-3-] Agency Purpose

The Agency is the most valued team of thinkers, minds and operatives within Frostaria and RAT. Getting access to this top secret team is no easy feat as shown above. Once in the Agency you may be assigned missions by SpC Overseer's or the Director himself. The agents within SpC are expected to complete and work on the following tasks:

*Agency Purpose:

-Formulate reformations, ideas and plans to better RAT through innovation and collaboration.
-Handle major situations externally from RAT through espionage, intelligence, and critical thinking via deliberation.
-Handle major situations within RAT through working with the Justice Department, act as a team of investigators.

[-4-] General Entry

The General Branch of Sparrow Corp houses our developers, artists and media developers. Each sub-branch has a specific purpose, and entering into each branch is slightly different. The development branch is for technological, and building innovation. The artistic branch is for graphical innovation and the media branch is for video innovation.

Entrance to Developmental Branch (Developers):

*In order to gain entry you must meet the following requirements:

-Submit a place exhibiting your ability in building, scripting or both to SpC.
-Be in expert in your field of work, possessing utmost ability and creating assets with utmost quality.
-Be voted in by our development team via a SpC wall vote (Majority needed)
OR
-Be invited in by our developmental commandant (Unclear)

Entrance to Artistic Branch (Artists):

-Submit a piece of artwork (Clothing, Ad, Logo) to Blobmista4 (Artistic Commandent)
-Be in expert in your field of work, possessing utmost ability and creating assets with utmost quality.
-Be approved by majority of artists and Blobmista4
OR
-Be personally invited by Blobmista4

Entrance to Media Branch (Media):

-Submit a video advertising RAT, Frostaria, Sparrow Corp etc. to an Overseer or the Director of SpC
-Be in expert in your field of work, possessing utmost ability and creating assets with utmost quality.
-Be approved by all of Media artists.
OR
-Be personally invited by an Overseer or Director .

[-5-] General Purpose

The purpose of the general branch of Sparrow Corp is to further Frostarian progress through innovation and the collaboration of the greatest developers in their specific fields within Frostaria.

*Developers Purpose:
-Work on official RAT systems and projects collaboratively
-Develop technology in the form on weapons, vehicles, bases, systems, scripts etc. for RAT

*Artists Purpose:
-Work on official RAT uniforms, logos and advertisements

*Media Purpose:
-Work on official RAT sponsored videos

Sparrow Corporation, the overseeing entity of RAT and Frostaria bands the greatest citizens of Frostaria under one banner. We unite the greatest so we provide utmost quality. SpC not only protects Frostaria from outside infiltration but we prevent and mend internal issues within RAT. SpC not only developers technology and systems of the utmost quality, but we house some of the most talented artists and media designers within ROBLOX - providing RAT with a high standard of technology, assets and progress.
